Is VanolyCloud free?
Yes — it’s included with every Vanoly hire agreement, no extra cost for the core portal. VanolyConnect, VanolyTeam and mileage top-ups are the only paid add-ons, and all three are optional.
Do I need it before I book a van?
No — you can book first. You’ll be prompted to set up your VanolyCloud account once your booking’s been submitted.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes — VanolyCloud works as an installable app on both iOS and Android, straight from your browser, no app store needed.
What if I have more than one hire?
Every hire agreement, invoice and mileage tier shows separately in your account, even if you’re hiring more than one van.
Can my drivers use it too?
Yes — add a driver from your own account and they get their own linked login, scoped to just what they need to see.
Can I have a Business/Sole Trader and a Personal account?
Yes — both can sit under the same email as linked accounts, and you can switch between them from the account menu without logging out.
