Frequently Asked Questions
Once you’ve chosen your van and package plan, a deposit equal to two weeks of the highest package tier plus one week’s rental upfront is required. Your hire then begins on an 8‑week minimum term, followed by a monthly rolling contract.
Yes! Vanoly allows you to change the package plan you’re on within three days of the next hiring month, allowing you full flexibility to manage your mileage and costs.
If you go over your included miles, a clear per-mile charge applies based on your selected plan.
Unfortunately, we don’t facilitate daily or weekly rentals, only monthly.
We can provide the insurance at an additional cost, we don’t charge a surplus, what we’re quoted is what you pay.
No. All mechanical, internal, and external faults — including servicing and MOT — are fully covered by us. This does not include issues caused by driver error.
Payments will be a recurring weekly basis on each Friday, only the contract type is monthly.
If you wish to cancel your contract, let us know at least 14 days before the start of your next monthly hire date.
