Frequently Asked Questions

How does the monthly van contract work?

After you’ve selected which van and package plan you require, you will begin an 8 week minimum contract and there after be on a monthly rolling contract.

Can I change my package plan?

Yes! Vanoly allows you to change the package plan you’re on within three days of the next hiring month, allowing you full flexibility to manage your mileage and costs.

What happens if I exceed my mileage limit?

If you go over your included miles, a clear per-mile charge applies based on your selected plan.

Can I rent for a day instead?

Unfortunately, we don’t facilitate daily or weekly rentals, only monthly.

How does insurance work?

We can provide the insurance at an additional cost, we don’t charge a surplus, what we’re quoted is what you pay.

Do I have to cover any mechanical issues with the van?

No! Any mechanical, internal or external faults as well as servicing/MOT is covered by us!

When can I cancel my contract?

Similar to up or downgrading your vanoly package, let us know within three days minimum of your next monthly hire date if you wish to cancel your contract.
